Circular Farms in the Desert
Flying from Houston, after a while we entered a desert region. There was absolutely no green, only strange, squeezed-out patterns seemingly created by wind and rain, and striking mountains with uneven, bumpy textures here and there. Some mountains were quite high, with snow near their peaks, creating a surprising combination of desert and snow. Straight, endless roads stretched across this landscape. There were no signs of towns, making me wonder if it was really okay to drive on such roads—the sheer scale was breathtaking.
After a while, I started seeing many large green circles from above, and I kept wondering what they were. Later, I looked it up and found out they were farms built in the Nevada desert. It’s quite amazing to have so many of these in the desert. The desert landscape itself is beautiful, but the abrupt appearance of these circles is truly fascinating.
Route Over Shinagawa

This time, it was probably my first experience flying over a route that passes through Shibuya, Gotanda, and Osaki. You can clearly see that we’re flying over densely packed areas with buildings and houses, and the sight is incredibly captivating. On the other hand, it’s chilling to imagine even a minor incident happening in such a place, let alone a major one, or even just a small aircraft part falling. I really think this route should be eliminated when considering safety.
